Refund policy
Returns
All sales are deemed final as artwork is being produced upon order placement. Returns are only accepted if the item is defective due to our error. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping fees for the return will be handled by the customer. We do not cover the return postage fee, if you would like to ensure it reaches us safely please do have it tracked and weighed before sending it back.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Claims for damage must be made within 3-days of receipt of goods with photographic evidence including the packaging as well as item and emailed across to us - hello@wyldpixel.art. Damaged product and packaging must be retained in case of inspection. Claims of non-delivery must be made within 28-days of despatch.
To process your claim, we require:
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- A photo of the outer packaging (e.g. postal tube, box), including any visible damage
- A photo of the shipping label on the packaging clearly showing your name and address.
We are unable to process refunds or replacements without this evidence, as it is required to file a claim with our courier.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
